XSI and After Effects Intgration

I'm trying to work integration of 3d from XSI into after effects. Perhaps it is something I will consider using for my senior thesis. Thanks to a script I found, I am able to export XSI camera into after effects for compositing. Here's a sample. I'm hoping to turn this into a piece of some sort...who knows.

Softimage XSI 7.0

I've been learning more about Softimage XSI this summer, a complete 3D software package comparable to Autodesk Maya. I still can't rig cause rigging is just a pain for an artist. I've come to understand the intricacies of mental ray rendering. I have hopes of integrating 3D in my senior thesis. However, I have not begun planning my thesis yet so I have no clue as to where this might lead. The ony 3d I've done so far was for my Philladelphia Film Festival series trailer and that came out well, considering my primative knowledge at the time. I'll have that posted eventually.

I found out XSI version 7.0 will be released within a few months. There seems to be some interesting updates/additions.
